Katerina is passionate about making simple, delicious everyday cooking effortless and affordable, and has been teaching virtual cooking workshops since 2021.
Her intuitive cooking approach beyond rules and recipes was even featured in The Guardian newspaper and almost 1500 people subscribe to her blog newsletter at The Intuitive Cook.
New for 2023 she is is starting a series of in-person workshops at Llanrwst Library, and hopefully soon at other venues too.
In her workshops, Katerina teaches the principles behind the recipes, empowering you to 'cook from your gut', trusting your own taste and to put a stress-free tasty dinner on the table with what you have to hand.
